WARRANTY
Under normal and reasonable use, wheels produced by Rotiform Wheels
are warranted against STRUCTURAL DEFECT in material as long as the ORIGINAL
owner/purchaser owns the wheels. Under normal and reasonable use, wheels
produced by Rotiform Wheels are warranted against defect in workmanship
or materials to the ORIGINAL owner/purchaser for a period of one year
from the date of purchase.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of wheels,
at the discretion of Rotiform Wheels, for any wheels determined
to be defective and covered under warranty. Installation costs,
transportation costs or loss of use is not covered under this warranty.
Accessories determined to be defective in workmanship or materials
while the wheel is under warranty will be repaired or replaced.
Wheels will not be replaced due to defects in accessories.
Warranty claims must be processed through the
original dealer or distributor

that the wheels were purchased from.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO:
1. Wheels NOT purchased from an authorized dealer.
2. Any damage or defect caused by abuse, misuse,
neglect or accident. Any damage or defect caused by racing
or off road use or by road hazard impact.
3. Wheels that have been altered repaired or modified.
4. Wheels installed with spacers or adapters.
5. Wheels installed with incorrect tire sizes or
used with excessive vehicle loads.
6. Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring
after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents,
climate conditions or neglect.
7. Chrome pitting or discoloration due to lack of maintenance.
8. Blemishes, peeling or discoloration on the back side of the wheel.
9. Fading or discoloration of chrome
or painted accent accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements.
10. Appearance blemishes or defects on wheels that have been mounted.
11. Wheels damaged by shipping or handling.
Inspect shipments and contact the shipping company
if any products are damaged. Shipping damage claims must be
filed with the delivery carrier.
The Rotiform Warranty is valid only to the original consumer/purchaser,
when the wheel is returned to the authorized dealer from whom
it was purchased, freight prepaid with proof of purchase.
This Warranty does not cover removal or installation expense.

AIR SUSPENSION USA
Every Airforce Suspension kit is made to order and hence is custom.
There is a NO return policy on air suspension struts. If the struts have
a defect or warranty issue within the
12 mos warranty period a RMA return number,
will be issued and parts will be replaced accordingly.
Airlift components can be returned / exchanged on an assessment basis.
An RMA must be issued for return. If a return is issued the parts
must be in un used / undamaged condition
and contain all parts that they arrived with.
After 30 days from date of purchase there is no return/refund.
If and when a return is authorized
a up to 30% restocking fee may be deducted from charge on file.

1. Leaks "Struts" :
full replacement, for one year Standard,

2. Leaks "Struts" : for nitrogen reservoir: MUST BE shipped back for repair.
3. BAGS : Air bags with damage:
Full new replacement, within 30Days.
ANY DAMAGE REPORTED AFTER 30 DAYS IS VOID OF WARRANTY!
4. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OUTCOMES AS A RESULT OF USE.
These include but are not limited to
any unforeseen damages or harm to persons.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
THESE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS OFF ROAD USE ONLY.
Warranty is limited to parts replacement
under and meeting full terms
for replacement.
ALSO NOTE FOR WARRANTY:
WARNING! The product IS NOT covered
by the warranty if bar code is torn or damaged.
The buyer has to provide inspecting video at 213Racing's request.
The warranty is valid only when the failure is confirmed
by 213Racing and or AFUSA/ORAFJAPAN!
All replacement parts will be shipped directly to customer,
213Racing will not cover the shipping cost.
All products won't be provided with warranty,
if distributor/ 213Racing can not locate sale.
213Racing invoice and detailed sales records a must.
WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION,
OF PARTS.
213Racing and AirForce Suspension company will not be responsible
for any loss in use transportation or other damages or losses whatsoever caused.
